Salary: $165,000 - $210,000 annual base (excludes OTE, equity, and benefits)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial pipeline generation to closing enterprise contracts.
- Develop and sustain a robust high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, mapping 's unique value to complex customer pain points.
- Forecast revenue with precision using data-driven insights and modern CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product teams by bringing the voice of the customer to shape strategy and direction.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events and within professional networks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of fintech, crypto, and Web3 (payments, blockchain, digital assets, DeFi).
- Proficiency in complex consultative sales frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve performance.
- Must be based in the US and able to comply with hybrid office expectations in SF, NYC, or Miami.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
