What you will do

• Lead the design of high-impact web experiences across product pages and user journeys.
• Evolve the scalable design system, including tokens, components, and reusable modules.
• Partner with engineering to ensure design systems are translated into high-quality implementations.
• Refine site architecture, navigation systems, and overall user experience frameworks.
• Collaborate with brand teams to develop a modern and cohesive digital aesthetic.
• Support UX testing, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization efforts to improve site performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (role involves hybrid office collaboration).
• Proven experience in web or digital product design with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable frameworks.
• Strong visual design foundation including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and understanding front-end constraints.
• Experience designing for complex, multi-page websites or platforms in fintech or B2B environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design, interaction design, or advanced web storytelling.
• Familiarity with Storybook and system-driven development workflows.
• Interest in AI tools and their application in design workflows.
• Experience leading large-scale website redesigns.
