Senior Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a healthcare technology company building a secure, HIPAA-compliant AI platform for home health operations, including intake, clinical documentation, coding, quality assurance, and EHR workflows.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for major areas of the Enzo EHR and product suite, from discovery and interaction design through visual design and code review.
• Design interfaces for clinicians working on tablets in the field, including spotty connectivity, one-handed input, interruptions, and high-repetition workflows.
• Create human-in-the-loop patterns for AI output, including sourcing, confidence, correction, review, and approval.
• Turn regulated healthcare workflows into usable interfaces covering OASIS-E assessments, care plans, physician orders, ICD-10 coding, QA review, and the Medicare revenue cycle.
• Extend the design system and partner closely with engineering, Forward Deployed Clinicians, and Implementation to identify and resolve workflow problems.
• Prototype at the appropriate fidelity and help the team make product decisions quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex software products, especially data-dense, workflow-driven B2B or enterprise tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating difficult problems, constraints, tradeoffs, and shipped work.
• Strong interaction and systems thinking, including experience with forms, tables, review queues, and multi-step workflows.
• Fluency with modern design systems, including components, tokens, accessibility, and engineer-ready handoff.
• Ability to learn regulated domains deeply, communicate clearly, and work effectively in an ambiguous Series A environment.
• Comfort working near engineering through code reading, browser prototyping, or front-end implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience designing clinical software, EHRs, healthcare tools, or products for licensed clinicians.
• Experience designing AI or ML product surfaces where users review and approve model output.
• Experience with mobile and tablet products used in field conditions.
• Accessibility depth, including WCAG, and experience with long-session, high-repetition use.
• Experience at a high-growth healthcare technology company.
