Interactive Designer (Framer)

Location: San Francisco, US (Hybrid)

Salary: $158,000–$186,000 USD annual total target cash compensation, including base and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Design and build web pages, components, campaign landing pages, launches, and regional or ABM experiences directly in Framer.
• Create micro-interactions, transitions, scroll behaviors, and other motion details for polished interactive experiences.
• Contribute to and maintain a reusable web design system with clean, flexible, well-organized components.
• Own pages and projects end-to-end while coordinating prioritization and publishing with the Website Manager.
• Partner with Brand Design, Copy, Campaign/PMM, Content, Marketing, and Product stakeholders to ship on-brand web experiences.
• Participate in critique and collaborate with the Staff Interactive Designer on craft direction, interaction, motion, and system quality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and building for the web in Framer; Webflow experience is also acceptable.
• Experience with CMS-driven content in Framer or Webflow.
• Strong typography, layout, and composition fundamentals applied to web and interactive design.
• A portfolio showing shipped, live web work rather than only static mockups.
• Comfort with motion and interaction design, responsive behavior, accessibility, and performance.
• A systems-oriented builder mindset, including reusable components, clear naming conventions, and organized design files.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fluency.
• Motion design, prototyping, or creative coding experience.
• Experience using AI tooling to scale design and build work.
