Location: Must be a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.
Salary: $200,500 – $233,500 USD (Base salary only).

What you will do
- Direct and mentor a multilayered organization of Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Architect and execute a macro GTM strategy for the U.S. Federal Civilian landscape.
- Develop trust-based partnerships with agency CIOs, CISOs, and procurement executives.
- Orchestrate joint-GTM partnerships with major Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) to intercept multi-million-dollar modernization programs.
- Act as executive sponsor for high-value, complex procurement cycles and negotiations.
- Maintain operational command over P&L, forecasting, and pipeline health for the theater.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the U.S. Federal market.
- 5+ years of second-line management experience leading high-growth federal teams.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected person) and reside in the contiguous United States.
- Proven track record of scaling a federal theater to $50M+ ARR.
- Deep expertise in federal procurement vehicles (FAR, OTA, GWACs) and cloud security architectures.
