TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, Federal Sales - Civilian (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue and expanding market footprint within the Federal Civilian Community with an accent on next-generation endpoint security and vendor strategy. Focus on executing strategic account plans, managing high-value pipelines, and establishing executive-level relationships to defeat adversaries.

Location: Remote (USA). Must reside in a Major US Hub, preferably Washington DC Region, Mid-Atlantic or East

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a Federal/Civilian sales territory, overseeing pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Establish and maintain active relationships with key decision-makers across IT and senior executive levels in the Federal Civilian Community.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to close new business and expand existing revenue streams.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Marketing, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and pipeline visibility using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 10+ years of solution selling experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling software security or infrastructure products to the Federal Government and Civilian Community.
  • Strong technical understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and booking targets.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
