Compensation: $175,000 – $290,000 per year (varies by location)

What you will do

• Own the design, deployment, and operation of AI-powered workflows and agentic systems across client workstreams.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, production-grade system designs including LLM integrations and RAG systems.
• Lead and develop a team of Directors, Analysts, and Operators while driving cross-functional coordination.
• Define and manage KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Establish monitoring frameworks for accuracy, latency, cost optimization, and system reliability.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding roadmap progress and strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in digital operations, product, analytics, or technical strategy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfer available (H1-B, F-1, OPT, TN, etc. not accepted).
• Proven experience deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and Python.
• Deep understanding of modern AI architectures including LLM integrations and API-driven workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business narratives for executive stakeholders.
