Salary: $110,100 - $204,900 annually

What you will do

• Build AI-powered features by integrating ML models and AI service APIs into production applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting for AI performance, including prompt optimization and inference bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior staff and guide the team in adopting AI workflow best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for AI-enabled platforms.
• Implement rigorous unit testing to ensure quality in both traditional and AI-augmented code paths.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript/React, or Python with demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML services.
• Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC.
• Strong understanding of secure coding standards and test-driven development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Git and branching standards.
• Knowledge of MLOps, vector databases, embedding pipelines, or advanced prompt engineering.
