Location: Mountain View, California (hybrid, in office at least 3 days per week)
Salary: $181,000-$290,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead planning and execution of software infrastructure, scaling release processes, automated deployments to vehicles and test benches, and system health dashboarding.
- Own software-readiness roadmap for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing systems, optimizing physical assets for development velocity.
- Liaise between Embedded Software and Hardware Engineering to align testing assets with software milestones.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in release pipelines, deployment infrastructure, and testing availability.
- Deliver program status, resource analyses, and dependency tracking for executive reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years managing complex technical programs in software infrastructure, DevOps, or hardware-integrated software testing
- Proven track record managing software release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments for embedded or edge devices
- Experience managing physical test environments (HIL, SIL, lab benches) and balancing fleet utilization with engineering demand
- Mastery of Jira, Smartsheets, and building data-driven dashboards for system performance and fleet health
- Deep experience with program management methodologies synchronizing software with hardware development
Nice to have
- Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive industry
- Experience developing safety-critical code
- Hands-on software development experience
