Staff Physician, Primary Care Telemedicine

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $245,300 base salary, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide primary care through video and telephone appointments.
• Review examinations, medical records, reports, and test results to diagnose conditions and recommend treatment.
• Order laboratory and radiology tests, refer patients to specialists, and prescribe medications and treatment regimens.
• Advise patients on lifestyle and dietary changes while maintaining patient-centered care and clinical quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Care Team, Medical Director, product team, and advanced practice providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records, protect patient confidentiality, and comply with federal and state privacy laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-residency experience as a Primary Care Physician.
• ABMS board certification in primary care or a related field, with residency completion in Family Medicine or IM/Peds.
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school.
• At least three active, unrestricted state medical practitioner licenses; must reside in the United States.
• DEA eligibility and no disciplinary actions within the last five years.
• Experience with electronic medical records, strong clinical judgment, and effective remote communication skills.

Nice to have

• Active New York and/or Texas physician licensure.
• Letter of Qualification for obtaining additional state licenses.
• Experience in Obesity Medicine.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
