What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition and revenue.
• Optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, content, and email.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to enhance conversion funnels.
• Manage marketing budgets and implement attribution models to evaluate channel effectiveness.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing team.
• Utilize SQL and Python for deep analytics and predictive modeling.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in growth or performance marketing within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of driving significant customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for marketing analytics.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights into business strategy.

Nice to have

• Background in wealth management or scaling fintech companies beyond series C/D.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Iterable.
• Familiarity with BI platforms such as Looker or Metabase.
• Basic HTML proficiency for landing page and email template optimization.
• Experience in FAANG/MAMAA companies.
