What you will do
- Own the end-to-end acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey for AI.
- Optimize acquisition flows across IDEs, desktop products, plugins, and account surfaces.
- Create self-service paths including trial starts, guided demos, and interactive walkthroughs.
- Design and iterate on first-run experiences and contextual prompts to help users discover value quickly.
- Lead growth experiments to improve conversion from trial to active usage.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Monetization, Design, and Engineering teams to ship measurable improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, activation, and driving product-led growth (PLG) in developer tools, SaaS, or AI products.
- Proven track record of improving acquisition-to-activation funnels.
- Proficiency in using product analytics, cohorts, and segmentation to understand user behavior.
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting product experiments.
- Ability to translate ambiguous growth problems into focused hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
- Strong UX judgment with a focus on reducing friction and clarifying product value.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered products, IDEs, or DevOps platforms.
- Expertise in B2B or prosumer PLG models where individual users influence wider adoption.
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools and activation modeling.
