Growth Product Specialist

TL;DR

Growth Product Specialist (ARPU/Retention): Drive ARPU optimization in subscription products by improving product value, retention, and user engagement with an accent on retention and engagement loops, session-level friction analysis, and hypothesis-driven experimentation. Focus on building Mixpanel dashboards, running A/B and multivariate tests, and using AI tools for rapid prototyping that informs production decisions.

Location: Remote (must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET; applicants from Ukraine, European Union, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Turkey)

What you will do

• Achieve a 15% quarterly ARPU increase by enhancing product value, retention, and engagement across existing subscription tiers.
• Design and optimize retention and engagement loops to deepen user satisfaction and extend subscription lifetime.
• Analyze user behavior and sessions to identify engagement gaps, friction points, and drop-offs that drive product improvements.
• Build and maintain Mixpanel dashboards (boards, funnels, cohorts, custom reports) and deliver performance reporting with actionable insights.
• Use AI tools (including Claude) to generate functional prototypes and concepts considered for production.
• Own the end-to-end cycle: prioritize experiments, run A/B and multivariate tests, review data, and decide whether to scale or retire changes (including QA).

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience with measurable results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth.
• Hands-on ownership from hypothesis to production, including stakeholder management and delivery accountability.
• Strong analytics skills and hands-on Mixpanel proficiency (dashboards, funnels, cohorts, custom reports).
• Comfort using AI tools as a core part of daily workflow (not optional), including for prototyping and analysis.
• Experience designing retention mechanisms and engagement features for subscription products.
• Location/time-zone requirement: must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
