Location: Hybrid (Tallinn, Estonia or Berlin, Germany). At least 12 monthly in-office days required

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the dispatching engine, prioritizing ML/RL investments.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of ML and RL models, from offline training and shadow mode to A/B testing and live monitoring.
• Maintain and improve the existing matching stack performance while building the next-generation engine.
• Establish and manage the signal contract between the matching and pricing systems.
• Design experiments and translate complex algorithmic trade-offs into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and specialists to hit matching KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production ML models for real-time allocations at scale.
• Background in two-sided marketplaces, logistics platforms, or high-throughput environments.
• Proven track record of maintaining live systems during a migration to a new architecture.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional product pods and negotiating interface contracts.
• Ability to move between detailed statistical evaluation and clear stakeholder communication.
• Direct exposure to reinforcement learning (RL) in production environments.
