What you will do

• Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and 1:1 check-ins to offboarding.
• Lead and embed robust Performance Management practices to strengthen individual and team impact.
• Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day coaching to managers to develop their leadership skills.
• Participate in the hiring process by assessing cultural fit and alignment with company values.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to identify development needs and align them with business priorities.
• Analyze HR data to inform workforce strategy, performance trends, and team dynamics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner.
• Proven experience supporting teams within a multicultural environment.
• Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and experience with performance management tools.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
