What you will do
- Maintain and control employee data in HRIS and operational files, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Prepare and process data for salary reviews, bonuses, employment term changes, and status updates, transferring accurate data to Legal and Finance.
- Collect, prepare, and validate payroll input data, verifying changes and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform final checks before monthly payroll closure and improve processes based on recurring issues and risk areas.
- Bring structure to data workflows, document payroll logic, and prepare for new HRIS implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration / People Operations.
- Hands-on experience with employee and payroll data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Structured, systematic thinking and strong deadline management.
- English: B2 required.
