What you will do

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, job changes, separations, leave management, and time tracking.
• Process and maintain employee data across core systems, including Workday and payroll platforms.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries through the case management system according to SLAs.
• Conduct regular audits and reporting to maintain data integrity and identify process improvements.
• Partner with People, Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams to resolve issues and support operational initiatives.
• Monitor local employment legislation to ensure all people processes remain compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting HR or People Operations.
• Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, preferably Workday.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data auditing and process optimization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
