What you will do

• Monitor on-site field construction activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Verify that all work is performed and inspected according to approved plans, specifications, and RFIs.
• Collaborate with Construction Contractors and stakeholders to plan activities and identify critical milestones.
• Oversee the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet budget goals.
• Proactively identify potential problem areas and implement preventative actions to keep project phases on track.
• Review and negotiate Contractor Potential Change Order Claims to final resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience managing projects with a value exceeding $50 million.
• Knowledge of various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for on-site delivery.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Professional certifications such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, or AICP.
• Ability to work in CAD or REVIT.
