What you will do

• Lead pre-construction efforts including design reviews, MEP coordination, and bid package development.
• Oversee construction execution across multiple concurrent global projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage general contractors, specialty vendors, and external project managers to ensure accountability and clear communication.
• Govern commercial controls, including budget management, change-order processes, and pay-application reviews.
• Directly manage and develop a team of project managers to support the scaling of the global real estate portfolio.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in IT, Security, and Facilities to integrate operational requirements into project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proven experience managing budgets for projects ranging from $50M to $300M+.
• Strong command of construction delivery methods (GMP, lump sum, design-assist) and contract structures.
• Experience delivering technically complex scopes such as commercial kitchens, data rooms, and integrated security systems.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to various office locations.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate construction management.
• PMP or OSHA 30 certification.
• LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices.
• International project experience and understanding of global building standards.
