What you will do

• Manage air permitting projects, including Title V and PSD, and perform dispersion modeling.
• Prepare air quality sections for NEPA documents and state environmental reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agency representatives, and internal teams.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Perform regulatory applicability analyses and control technology evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in chemical or environmental engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in air quality or environmental consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and proposal development.
• Ability to interpret government regulations and industrial processes.
• Strong interpersonal communication and team-building skills.

Nice to have

• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience in the Northeastern U.S.
