What you will do
- Proactively call schools and school districts to generate new business and leads.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through creative outreach.
- Submit appropriate candidates for educational staffing assignments.
- Renegotiate client contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fulfillment solutions.
Requirements
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing (required)
- At least 2 years of experience as a top producer in a sales position.
- Proven track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong ability to sustain meaningful professional relationships.
- Passion for customer service and result-oriented motivation.
