What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of institutional health customers, balancing retention with growth.
- Renew and renegotiate journal and non-journal agreements to ensure revenue retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell ’s broader portfolio to existing accounts.
- Prospect and convert new business to expand the customer base.
- Analyze usage trends and customer data to inform engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and influence product development.
Requirements
- Four-year undergraduate degree required.
- 3+ years of institutional sales experience in health, publishing, or information services.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and winning new business.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Must be based in the USA.
