Salary: USD 112,800 - 135,000

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation to accelerate time-to-value and achieve business outcomes.
• Partner with customers to identify and prioritize high-value use cases and develop implementation approaches.
• Enable customers on the full range of hirify.global products, including Analytics, Guides, NPS, and Session Replay.
• Deliver custom consulting engagements involving configuration, optimization, governance, and Center of Excellence development.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines.
• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, from day-to-day practitioners to executive sponsors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, customer success, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Foundational to intermediate proficiency in CSS and HTML for technical solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js with the ability to write production-quality backend code.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency and data modeling expertise.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, and ETL processes.
• Background in digital adoption, product analytics, customer experience, or product operations.
• Experience presenting to and influencing high-level stakeholders.
