What you will do
- Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to structure complex life sciences commercial, CRM, and omnichannel challenges.
- Create consulting-grade storylines, high-impact decks, and frameworks for executive leadership and pre-sales discussions.
- Anchor solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and client workshops, translating technical architectures into decision-oriented narratives.
- Manage solutioning and consulting workstreams independently, collaborating with UX, data, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Support rapid prototyping, POCs, and MVP builds, defining success metrics and establishing feedback loops for scalable offerings.
- Mentor junior consultants on structured thinking, storytelling, and client communication hygiene.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in consulting, solutioning, pre-sales, or tech-enabled life sciences domain roles.
- Strong working knowledge of pharma commercial models, omnichannel engagement, and patient services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and structure ambiguous problem statements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Technology.
- Strong executive communication and consulting storytelling skills.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or similar Martech stacks.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI solutions within enterprise workflows.
- Knowledge of HCP/HCO data and engagement analytics.
