What you will do

• Create persuasive, well-structured written responses to PQQs, ITTs, and case studies.
• Manage and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high submission standards.
• Enhance and maintain the bid library with updated and relevant content.
• Uphold company tone of voice, branding, and messaging across all bid documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and project-specific input.
• Support business development initiatives and align submissions with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bid writing within the construction and social housing sector.
• Exceptional written English with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, and structure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word and general IT competence.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the business.

Nice to have

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• APMP Foundation certification.
