What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of a UK-wide business development strategy focused on policing and justice.
• Drive the origination, qualification, and conversion of complex, high-value transformational partnerships.
• Manage value-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive leaders across government.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to create compelling business cases and define requirements for operationally critical environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Public Safety & Justice, providing in-depth market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with solution architects and legal/finance teams to structure tailored, innovative agreements.

Requirements

• SC and NPPV3 clearance required or the ability to obtain and maintain relevant clearance.
• Proven track record in senior business development roles within telecoms, ICT, or digital transformation.
• Deep experience in UK policing and/or justice sectors, operating in mission-critical environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating large-scale contracts.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and shape complex deals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
