TL;DR
Senior Solutions Engineer (AI): Driving technical discovery and demonstrating the value of the Fin AI Agent across the sales cycle with an accent on tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical discovery. Focus on bridging the gap between complex business challenges and AI-powered technical solutions while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Location: Hybrid (London, England) — must be in the office at least three days per week

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Deliver high-impact pre-sales experiences and value-based solution reviews.
- Design and lead tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase AI capabilities.
- Manage RFPs and customer security inquiries as the primary technical resource.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice in product planning.
- Continuously improve the Solutions Engineering playbook and internal processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
- Proven experience managing C-Level technical and business relationships.
- Strong technical acumen in conducting discovery and delivering value presentations.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored technical solutions.
- Experience managing POCs, RFPs, and addressing complex security questions.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least three days per week.
