What you will do

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models covering revenue, GTM performance, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Commercial and Insights teams to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
• Own ARR, bookings, and churn reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Develop business cases to support investment decisions, headcount requests, and new market opportunities.
• Lead the design of scalable forecasting frameworks and GTM efficiency modeling.
• Collaborate with Data and RevOps to improve financial data infrastructure and reporting quality.

Requirements

• Solid FP&A experience, ideally within a fast-growth technology business.
• Expertise in building complex, driver-based financial models in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to translate GTM KPIs into actionable financial insights.
• Confidence working with large and complex datasets to segment problems logically.
• AI fluency: Effective use of AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting is essential.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Exposure to crypto, fintech, or regtech industries.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a background in management consulting.
• Experience with FP&A planning tools and familiarity with HubSpot CRM data structures.
