What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue accounting.
• Provide variance analysis and financial reporting to senior management to identify performance drivers.
• Develop dashboards to track business KPIs and drive operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance and analyze scenarios.
• Support strategic initiatives, such as fundraising and financial due diligence.
• Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of post-qualified experience in an advisory or corporate finance background.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
