What you will do

• Design and execute API integration plans for ISVs, IBs, FCMs, and market makers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for institutional trading clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations
• Coordinate product enhancement requests between partners and engineering teams
• Develop a scalable playbook for onboarding new embedded partners
• Scale the solutions function by hiring and managing a team as the pipeline grows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical partnerships
• Strong technical background with financial APIs and trading infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing B2B relationships that drive measurable growth
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Experience building a function from zero to one in a high-growth environment

Nice to have

• Background in crypto or prediction markets
• Existing relationships with FCMs or market makers
• Previous experience in solutions engineering or technical partnerships
• Experience building and scaling teams
