Location: Remote (Must be based in Chile / Santiago Homebase)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for hirify.global solutions, turning prospects into repeat customers.
  • Develop and execute overall sales strategies and results to achieve assigned revenue goals across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with channel partners for prospecting, account planning, and lead generation.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations using phone, video conferencing, and digital whiteboards.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via Salesforce.
  • Analyze industry trends and government regulations to provide technical value-added solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chile.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Territory Account Management, preferably selling technology solutions.
  • Experience working within a team-based sales environment.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing sales engagements.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality web presentations.
  • BA/BS degree is preferred.
