Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand their engineering workflows and technical pain points.
• Build and configure custom integrations, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Lead technical evaluations and POCs of the platform.
• Communicate technical findings and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Use AI coding assistants and modern tooling as a core part of the development process.
• Identify patterns in customer engagements to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language such as Python or JavaScript.
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, or AI-powered tools.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to define concrete solutions for vague problems.
• Genuine customer orientation and interest in solving real-world technical puzzles.
