What you will do

• Partner with program teams to translate client requirements into comprehensive technical designs and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic technical roadmaps for the client and program over 12, 24, and 36-month horizons.
• Advise senior-level customers on network and system architecture optimization.
• Conduct technical reviews of architectural designs and plans.
• Lead technical interviews for high-level positions and provide mentorship and coaching to the technical team.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program management leads and clients.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain FEMA EOD
• M.S. degree plus 12+ years of applicable experience
• Proven track record as a Chief Architect or in a senior technical leadership role.
• Advanced technical certifications.
• Mastery of technologies employed in the Federal Government space, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Windows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, TOGAF, CISSP, ITIL, or SAFe.
• Experience leading enterprise modernization, including Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
• Expertise in technology analysis, technical risk assessments, and trade-off analysis.
