What you will do

  • Act as the technical bridge between customers, field teams, and the product organization.
  • Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of the hirify.global platform.
  • Guide technical implementations and troubleshoot complex customer environments.
  • Build and optimize processes for repeatable success and scalable onboarding.
  • Unblock internal teams to accelerate time-to-value for the end customer.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++).
  • 5+ years of total professional experience, including at least two different positions.
  • Proven experience within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong customer-facing orientation with the ability to communicate technical details to various levels of expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and adaptability to new technologies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
