What you will do

• Oversee the design of scalable and secure cloud infrastructures tailored to specific federal mission needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cloud environments from deployment to maintenance and scaling.
• Ensure cloud strategies align with federal IT security and operational policies.
• Monitor cloud environments to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
• Serve as an expert consultant on all cloud-related initiatives within the agency.
• Ensure all systems adhere to government cybersecurity frameworks and compliance mandates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in cloud environments, specifically in government or secure IT settings.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Must meet DoD 8140 / DoDM 8140.03 cyberspace workforce qualification requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Relevant cloud architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
