System Architect (Enterprise): Designing and defining system architectures for complex enterprise applications and infrastructure supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency with an accent on cloud-native architectures, microservices, and security compliance. Focus on developing architectural blueprints, technical standards, and leading system modernization efforts.

Location: On site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance is required.

What you will do

• Design and define system architectures for complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical standards, and integration strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend system modernization paths.
• Ensure alignment between architectural designs, security requirements, and mission objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in system architecture.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• TOGAF certification.
