What you will do

• Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and payroll departments on financial reporting.
• Review A/P invoices, payment batches, and customer billings.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects.

Requirements

• Must be located in the DFW area
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience (public or industry)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate or service industries
• Proficiency in Yardi or Workday accounting software
• Experience reviewing contracts for bonus terms and conditions
