Salary: $95,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Own the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor management, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes through journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Must be able to work onsite in Teaneck, NJ.
