Corporate Senior Accountant

Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA — on-site role

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare financial journal entries and reports for month-end close.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and investigate audit findings.
• Resolve account discrepancies and non-compliance issues.
• Contribute to new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Perform additional accounting duties and support junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and strong financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stress management skills.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision and train and manage staff.
