What you will do

• Reconcile investment data and perform account reconciliations in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Prepare journal entries and execute monthly general ledger closings.
• Prepare and review investment-related disclosures for Forms 10-Q and 10-K under GAAP and statutory standards.
• Research and analyze investment fluctuations to communicate key drivers to management.
• Assist with internal and external audit reviews and systems integration testing.
• Collaborate with treasury, tax, and financial reporting teams to support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting, investments, or finance.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
