What you will do

• Prepare monthly and year-to-date property financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and budget variance analysis.
• Perform cash reconciliations for operating, tenant security deposit, and escrow accounts.
• Audit on-site tenant billing and collaborate with leasing teams to facilitate collections.
• Manage vendor invoice classification and review payroll reports for accuracy and cost allocation.
• Support year-end federal and state tax reporting and financial statement reviews.
• Maintain general accounting records for AP, AR, general ledger, and fixed assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years of experience in property management accounting.
• Extensive experience and familiarity with Yardi.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.
