Location: On-site in McLean, VA. Relocation is possible.

What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel sourcing for business, operations, and go-to-market roles.
  • Implement creative outbound strategies to proactively source high-quality candidates.
  • Review inbound applications to assess alignment with role requirements and company values.
  • Craft personalized outreach and partner with recruiters to manage the interview transition.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity and pipeline health within the ATS.
  • Experiment with new channels and messaging to improve response rates and candidate quality.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting support for GTM or business roles.
  • Previous experience working at a large tech company or recruitment agency.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to tailor outreach to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during rapid growth.
