What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and design interview processes.
• Source top talent via targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear and thoughtful engagement.
• Maintain recruiting metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Serve as a consultative partner on talent trends and strategies for hiring managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience focusing on business roles (GTM, operations, finance, or corporate).
• Proven ability to hire top talent in highly competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills and experience building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA.
