What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective interview processes.
• Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach and creative strategies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement.
• Maintain and analyze recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a consultative partner to leadership regarding technical talent trends and strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically focusing on technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent within highly competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build pipelines of passive candidates.
• Proficiency with modern technical recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA for full-time on-site work.
