What you will do

• Oversee financial operations for strategic clients and manage a group of accounting team members.
• Review financial reports to ensure quality, timeliness, and audit compliance.
• Track and enforce SOC 1 audit controls and approve banking or financial transactions.
• Manage team performance, capacity, and professional development through regular feedback and goal setting.
• Lead departmental projects and manage corporate P/L accounting, including forecasting and month-end activities.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new scopes with clients and account leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with financial reporting for multiple entities.
