What you will do

• Lead CFO-level client advisory engagements to provide strategic financial insights and operational guidance.
• Drive change management and modernize service delivery using technology and standardized processes.
• Manage multiple client teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting engagements.
• Analyze KPIs and financial performance to recommend profitability and cash flow improvements.
• Develop budgets and forecasts while offering consultative support on financial strategy.
• Mentor staff and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Public Accounting or industry accounting experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate entities, including investment partnerships and joint ventures.
• Proven ability to advise on cash flow forecasting, debt structure, and liquidity.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
