What you will do

• Prepare and present timely financial reports for a portfolio of approximately 30 properties.
• Own the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial reporting for an assigned region.
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning to support business decisions.
• Mentor and manage junior accountants in the US and Mexico.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to scale financial operations.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions for the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality or real estate.
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and USALI reporting standards.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
