What you will do

  • Lead the integration of finance functions, including reporting infrastructure and ERP systems, for acquired entities.
  • Align accounting policies, chart of accounts, and revenue recognition practices with U.S. GAAP.
  • Partner with IT to support ERP migration planning, data mapping, and cutover processes.
  • Support M&A due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-close activities.
  • Monitor internal controls over financial reporting to ensure ongoing GAAP compliance.
  • Coordinate audit processes and resolve technical accounting inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and M&A.
  • Must be based in the United States (implied by 401k, HSA, and US law compliance).
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to interpret and apply accounting guidance in a practical, business-oriented way.

Nice to have

  • CPA certification.
  • Experience with transaction-related accounting at a private equity-backed company.
