What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to deliver client insights.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements via client discovery.
• Lead and coach staff on accounting and reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years in public or private accounting.
• Experience managing multi-entity structures in commercial real estate.
• Proven client-facing experience presenting to owners, investors, and lenders.
• Familiarity with real estate KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• 3+ years managing teams.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis; strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Appfolio, Yardi.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
