What you will do

• Develop and define manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling for new and existing vehicle programs.
• Oversee equipment design, construction, plant installation, and successful launch.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to outside vendor sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and workflows across departments.
• Monitor program financials and maintain budget requirements.
• Supervise two Manufacturing Zone Engineers and communicate project status to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 4 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related role.
• Must be able to report to the local office in Arlington, Texas.
• Expertise in automation and robotics integration, process design, and statistical process control.
• Proficiency in project management, plant floor change management, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
